Internet banking:
Customers transfer money with a clear description: CPO – customer code – your phone number (registered on our system)
Example: CPO B71 – 0902xxxxxxx
The phone number is the contact number linked to the customer’s account. We regularly monitor account activity to ensure the fastest deposit for customers. Customers will receive quicker confirmation of deposits if the transfer is made within the same bank system.

Customers can send the transfer bill to the sales representative (SALE) for assistance with the deposit.
- Instruction for Withdrawing from E-Wallet
Step 1: Customers create a withdrawal request on the system.
Step 2: Customers send the withdrawal request to email [email protected], including: Amount to withdraw, bank account number, account holder’s name, bank name, and branch.
Note: Customers should send withdrawal requests from the email registered on the system.
