Instructions for Creating an order

Chinaorder system supports two ways of creating orders: using the ordering tool (extension) or by sending the product’s link and information to the system.

  1. Instructions on creating an order using the ordering tool (extension)

– For this way, customers need to install the add-on on their browser. You can view the add-on installation guide here.

Click add to Chrome. Attention this extension only use via Google Chrome.

Step 1: After installing the add-on, customers can visit Taobao, Tmall, or 1688 to choose products. See the product selection guide here.

Attention: Before using extension, please log in to our system here. If you do not have an account, please create new here.

3. Select product specifications: size, color, number of product you want to buy.

4.After making selections, click “Add to Cart” and then proceed to close orders or click “Go to Cart” to move on your account.

Step 2:

  1. After confirming the order, the system will redirect to the shopping cart. Customers can review product information, choose accompanying services. Then click “Create Order” or “Create order for all” – If you have many products from different supplier.

  1. Choose additional services: For fragile items, customers should select the wooden packaging service. Choose the inspection service to ensure the shop delivers the correct quantity and quality, avoiding time-consuming complaints upon receipt.

  1. Notes about the order: Include any specific requests for our staff to note during the purchase and shipping process.

Step 3: Confirm Order. 

After clicking “Confirm Order,” the system moves your order to the deposit waiting status in the order management section.

  1. Review additional services.
  2. Select deposit. 70 or 80 or 100%

Step 4: Place Deposit. 

You can choose to place a deposit for each order or all orders and your line “air” or “sea”.

After placing a deposit, the system changes the order status to “waiting for purchase.” At this point, we will process your order and chat with the shop regarding product’s information and China domestic shipping fee. We will notify you of the details after that.

You can actively monitor your order’s progress with statuses such as “purchasing”, “waiting for shop dispatch” or “delivering”

Note:

Orders that are not confirmed within 30 days will be removed from the shopping cart.

Orders  that are not deposited within 30 days will be automatically deleted.

If products with selected specifications (color, size) do not appear in the cart despite being chosen before, please take the product link, remove it from the cart, and repeat the purchase steps.

If there are errors during the extension purchase process, please report them to our technical team. 

  1. Instructions on creating an order directly on the Website

This method is suitable for orders with few products. However, customers need to wait for our customer service staff to edit the information to the standard. After that, customers can proceed to place a deposit on the order.

Step 1: Click on “Create order from website.”

Step 2: Fill in the information.

Customers fill in the product information according to the template and click “Submit Order.” The order, after submission, will appear in the pending quotation section in the order management. After quoting, customers will be notified through the system and you can proceed to place a deposit on the order, similar to the deposit process using the extension.
