Responsibilities of Chinaorder in addressing customers’ claims
Chinaorder offers a procurement service from Chinese e-commerce platforms, helping customers to find reliable product sources and evaluate the shop’s credibility.
We pledge to place orders precisely as per the designated link and from the specified shop.
We assume responsibility for mitigating customer claims against Chinese shops, encompassing issues such as missing items, inaccuracies, or substandard product quality. For customers choosing to exchange or return items, we will facilitate negotiations with the shop. Customers will be responsible for the associated fees for these transactions.
To minimize procurement risks, customers can use our inspection services. Any issues involving missing or inaccurate items will be promptly addressed at our Chinese warehouse.

After receiving the claim submission, Chinaorder’s Customer Service team will verify the information, subsequently furnishing customers with details regarding the order’s claim.
