Each order has 4 fixed costs below

1. Product Price

Each order, calculated as the product unit price multiplied by the RMB exchange rate at the time of order deposit, has 4 fixed costs below.

2. Domestic shipping fee in China

Information provided by the seller depends on the actual China domestic shipping fee

3. Service charge

Shopping Service Fee = Order Value (excluding China shipping fee) * % Service Fee.

4. International shipping fee

Purchase service fee = Order value (excluding China shipping fee) * % service fee

For customers who only need to pay the supplier, we will handle the payment and charge a fee of 1.5% of the order value.

To calculate the international shipping fee, customers need to understand the weight calculations used by Chinaorder.ph.

According to international logistics conventions, all goods have two types of weights: Gross Weight and Volume Weight (calculated using the formula Length(Cm) * Width(Cm) * Height(Cm)/6000).

To find CBM from the dimension : “Length(Cm) * Width(Cm) * Height(Cm)/1.000.000″ or “Length(m) * Width(m) * Height(m)”.

  • If the Gross weight > Volume weight, the billable weight is the gross weight.

If the Volume weight > Gross weight, the billable weight is the chargeable weight.

  1. Sea freight charges (from 22 to 25 days)

Note: Shipping time is calculated from the time of receiving the goods at the China warehouse. Not including delays due to natural disasters, storms, floods, Chinese and Philippines holidays and slow customs clearance due to Philippines customs.

Volume weight is calculated using the formula: Length(cm) * Width(cm) * Height(cm) / 6000. Maximum rate : 1 CBM = 500KG

b. For customers who only use consignment service:

we will charge an additional management fee of 191P per package.

1. With customers using Order service

Warranty policy: 

  • In case of loss of goods during transportation, we will compensate 100% of the goods’ value. Since the time of leaving the warehouse in China
  • We have a service to reinforce goods, customers can refer to the details on the website. If customers do not use the reinforcement service, we will only compensate for 5-15% of the broken goods’ value – depending on the condition.
  • Customers using the full reinforcement service: count at China warehouse, wooden packing and shock-proofing, we will compensate from 10-70% of the value of broken goods.

Depending on the condition of the goods.

  • Fragile products, made from ceramics, dishes, flower pots broken during transportation, we will only compensate 5% of the broken goods’ value.
  • For electronic equipment, customers must carefully check the technical specifications, we are only a shipping service and therefore are not responsible for unusable defective products.

2. For customers who only use consignment service: we will charge an additional management fee of 191P per consignment orders.

Goods policy:

  • In case of loss of goods during transportation, we will compensate 5 times the shipping cost.
  • Customers who choose to insure goods, we will charge 3% of the goods’ value (according to the customer’s declared value). In case of loss of goods during transportation, we will compensate according to the goods’ value (customer’s declared value).
  • We have a service to reinforce goods, customers can refer to the details on the website. If customers do not use the reinforcement service, we will not be responsible if the goods are damaged.
  • Customers using the full reinforcement service: count at China warehouse, wooden packing and shock-proofing, we will compensate from 10-50% of the value of broken goods. 

Depending on the condition of the goods.

  • Fragile products, made from ceramics, dishes, flower pots broken during transportation, we will not be responsible – customers please note this.

This fee provided by the seller depends on the actual domestic shipping fee in China. If the Chinese shop does not charge for it, we will not charge you for this, too.

Counting fee

Customers have the option to use the counting fee.

Benefits: When you opt for our goods Counting Service, Chinaorder.ph will inspect your items before shipping to the Philippines, ensuring that your goods are accurate in quantity, and categories.

Wooden packing and shock proofing helps to minimize the risk of damage for fragile and easily deformable items during transportation.

*Note:

For items that have been packed in wood by the seller, and the customer does not use our wooden packing service, we cannot guarantee the quality of the seller’s wooden packing. Therefore, if there is a risk of breakage, deformation, or damage to the product upon arrival, we may decline responsibility for addressing complaints. However, we will do our best to assist customers in raising complaints with the seller to safeguard customer rights. For fragile items, we have specific regulations; please refer to it here (link)

The wooden packing and shock proofing fees are calculated per item, based on the weight after packing in wooden crates, on the customer’s order.

1.With customers using Order service

  • Customers using the full reinforcement service: count at China warehouse, wooden packing and shock-proofing, we will compensate from 10-70% of the value of broken goods.
